Financial Monitoring Service at the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan is a state body authorized to carry out activities aimed at implementing state policy to combat the legalization of proceeds from crime, the financing of terrorism and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction.
