The legal basis for the activity of the Financial monitoring service at the ministry of Finance

and economy of Turkmenistan is the Law of Turkmenistan

«On Anti-Money Laundering, Financing of terrorism and financing of proliferation of weapons of mass destruction», as well as the regulation of the Service approved by the resolution of the President of Turkmenistan dated April 29, 2022.
